I'm a Flutter developer based in Milan, Italy, working with B2B companies in construction, equipment rental, and agriculture — industries where the app has to survive real field conditions, not just a demo in a conference room.
Most of my work replaces a manual process: phone calls, WhatsApp chains, and paper checklists that a growing business has outgrown. I specialize in field-ready software — apps that stay usable with a weak signal, a cracked screen, and a user who doesn't have time to learn a complicated interface. That's a different set of decisions than a typical consumer app: offline-first data handling, conservative UI patterns, and architecture that assumes the network will fail rather than hoping it won't.
